Returns - No Company likes to have returns, but they happen.
30 day maximum
Defective Merchandise-
As much as I hate to say it, not everything works like it should. If you should happen
to receive a piece of defective merchandise, Please call us ASAP!
Within 30 days, unit will be replaced or refunded.
Beyond 30 days, unit will be repaired under warranty.
Still Good, Open Box Products-
If, for some strange reason you decide after opening your merchandise that you
don't like it, you can return it. Unfortunately we have to pay the fee, so you too have to
pay the fee. You know the one, the dreaded - 15% restocking fee
Unopened -
Unopened, unused, return it to us, no problem. We refund your money.
