Well, you're here, so I guess you'd like to know a little about who we are.

MAD Communications is a Mom & Pop type operation. We are friends with our
customers and enjoy what we do. If you've noticed our prices are a little lower
than everyone else's, that's because we try to perform great service without
robbing you. We realize that a large portion of our clients are small businesses as
well, and really, Who wants to spend a fortune on phones? You're already paying
too much just to have service there to begin with.

Sorry, I got a little off-topic there. MAD was started in 2005 when I got tired of
charging people hundreds of dollars per hour while working for someone else.
So I started my own company. We immediately signed up with Avaya and have
been Business Partners with them since the start. We're fully licensed and insured
and have all the same resources those bigger companies have. We have
something they don't though, a conscience. All of our labor is backed by a 90
day Guarantee. All the equipment we sell has a minimum of a 1 year warranty-
that goes for new or refurbished. Also, if we sell and install a new system, it
automatically gets a 2 year warranty.

I know it all sounds too good to be true - it's not. I just believe in being a good
